The Soul Kitchen is a concept restaurant/soup kitchen that in the hard economic times is a blessing to both diners and the people they serve. We hope this will be a growing concept and that there is at least on of these in every major city. Although there’s likely a few “Soul Kitchens” in every metro area, this Soul Kitchen truly lives up to it’s name by encouraging people to connect and make new friends and be a part of the community. It’s great that the meals are prepared with organic, locally grown food so people are getting something that is not only good for their body, but good for the soul as well.

This is an inspirational display of global citizenry and will hopefully inspire people to rely on people again because ultimately, despite all the digital connections we have, at the end of the day there are people on the other end of the phone, computer.
